The Investment Manager uses a passive investment strategy, investing in a portfolio of securities designed to reflect the characteristics of the Fund’s Index. Those securities can include: • Index constituents; • equivalent securities, including ADR's and GDR's; and • derivative contracts, including exchange traded futures contracts and options over Index constituents, used only in limited circumstances.
