FKP Property Group advised it has entered into a contract to sell a 14 ha site at its industrial estate "Industroplex" in Mackay Queensland for over $25m, taking the sales contracts written at Industroplex in the last three months to almost $50m. This transaction follows the recent sales of FKP Property Trust assets including a bulky goods site at Browns Plains for $24m and Peregian Springs Shopping Centre for over $20m.
