Integra Mining announced that wide-spaced first pass RC drilling at the recently identified Batavia prospect in the Aldiss gold project has returned excellent results including: 4m @ 6.50g/t Au; 4m @ 3.68g/t Au; and 4m @ 2.90g/t Au. The Aldiss gold project hosts a mineral resource/ore reserve inventory of nearly 475,000oz in several gold deposits. The company is focusing a significant portion of its exploration efforts on the project with the objective that, given the already substantial gold endowment of the project, a relatively modest additional discovery of economic mineralisation could be sufficient to justify the establishment of a stand-alone mining/milling operation. A follow-up RC drill program is planned to commence shortly.
