Original announcement: Industrea Shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

Industrea announced that at the Scheme Meeting held, eligible shareholders voted to approve the resolution in relation to the proposed Scheme of Arrangement under which GE Mining Services Holdings, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric Company, will acquire all of the FPO shares in Industrea. The Second Court Hearing to approve the Scheme is scheduled for 15 November 2012 at the Federal Court of Australia in Sydney.
