iiNET welcomed the recent announcement by the ACCC of a final determination of the access dispute relating to IIC charges levied by Telstra. The determination will deliver a back-dated refund to the Company of $8m for excess IIC charges in prior periods. Telstra has until 20 December 2012 to appeal to the Federal Court for an Administrative Decisions Judicial Review of the process and until 3 January 2013 to pay the refund.
