Discovery Metals provided Cathay Fortune Investment's six supplementary bidder's statement in relation to its takeover bid for the company. Cathay Fortune will allow its offer to acquire all the shares in the company to lapse. The offer period will close at 7:00pm (Sydney time) (currently 10:00am Botswana time) on 15 February 2013. The offer will not become unconditional and will automatically terminate.
