Woodside Petroleum declared a final dividend for 2012 of 65 US cents per share. The dividend will be paid on 3 April 2013 to all shareholders registered on the record date of 1 March 2013. The ex-dividend date for dividend entitlement will be 25 February 2013. The dividend will be fully franked for Australian taxation purposes. Given the Company's strong liquidity position, the Board has determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be suspended, effective immediately.
