Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocations

Morningstar's Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocations are a three-year forward-looking Strategic Asset Allocation, reviewed and adjusted annually, and a rolling one-year forward-looking Tactical Asset Allocation, reassessed and adjusted by the Expert Panel each quarter, and more frequently in cases of extreme market events or circumstances.

Morningstar's Economic Briefing is a quarterly 10-page in-depth review and outlook for economic and investment conditions, with insightful commentaries exploring trends and the outlook for each major asset class. The Economic Briefing also discusses and justifies the Expert Panel's tactical asset allocation decisions, providing transparency of decision-making, and is an independent, expert foundation for your asset allocation and portfolio management decisions.

Morningstar's Economic Update is a two-page accessible review of major asset classes over the past month, and outlook for the next one to three months. It ensures you and your clients are fully aware of recent developments and drivers in asset classes and the short-term outlook, and is written at a level also suitable for an engaged but non-expert investor - perfect to give to your clients.
