Greencross announced that the Federal Court of Australia ("Court") has made orders on 11 February 2019 approving the proposed scheme of arrangement between Greencross and its shareholders ("Scheme"). The Scheme, once implemented, will result in Greencross becoming wholly owned by Vermont Aus Pty ("TPG BidCo"), a Company owned by Vermont Aus Holdco Pty ("HoldCo") which is ultimately owned by TPG Asia VII SF Pte and TPG Growth IV SF Pte. The Company's confirmed that it has lodged a copy of the Court's orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 11 February 2019 and the Scheme has become legally effective. The Company has requested trading in its shares to be suspended from close of trading on ASX on 11 February 2019.
