Charter Hall Long Wale REIT reported NPAT down 42.7% to $26.3m for the half-year ended 31 December 2018. Revenue from ordinary activities were $35.5m, up by 10% from last year. Basic and Diluted EPS were 10.94 cents compared to 21.88 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $23.8m compared to $26.9m last year. The interim dividend declared was 12.9 cents, compared with 13 cents last year.
