Aventus Retail Property Fund reported NPAT down 15.07% to $63.7m for the half-year ended 31 December 2018. Revenue from ordinary activities were $84.2m, up by 1.3% from last year. Basic and Diluted EPS were 12.4 cents compared to 15.3 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $31.7m compared to $21.4m last year. The interim dividend declared was 8.23 cents, compared with 8.12 cents last year.
