Commonwealth Bank of Australia provided capital adequacy and risk disclosures as at 31 March 2019. As at 31 March 2019, the Group's Basel III Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1), Tier 1 and Total Capital ratios, as measured on an APRA basis, were 10.3%, 12.4% and 15.3% respectively. The Group's Basel III internationally comparable CET1 ratio as at 31 March 2019 was 15.8%, compared to 16.5% at 31 December 2018. The Group's Leverage Ratio, which is defined as Tier 1 Capital as a percentage of total exposures was 5.4% at 31 March 2019 on an APRA basis and 6.2% on an internationally comparable basis. During the quarter the DRP in respect of the 2019 interim dividend was satisfied in full by the on-market purchase of shares. The participation rate for the DRP was 16.7%.
