Scentre reported NPAT of $887.9m for the year ended 31 December 2021. Revenue from ordinary activities were $2,280.8m, up 5.5% from last year. Diluted EPS was 17.07 cents compared to (71.92) cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $887.2m compared to $684.6m last year. The final dividend declared was 7.25 cents, taking the full year dividend to 14.25 cents compared with 7 cents last year.
