Virtus Health advised Oceania Equity Investments Pty advised that the BGH Bidders give notice under section 630(3) of the Act that, as at the date of this notice, the Condition set out in section 7.6 of the Bidders Statement has not been fulfilled or waived and accordingly the Offer remains subject to the Condition. As at the date of this notice and based on Offer acceptances received to date, the BGH Bidders voting power in the Company is 20.52%. The Offer Period will end on 31 May 2022 unless extended in accordance with the Act.
