Dexus will continually review and re-weight the portfolio with the objective of optimising the distributable income. Actively invests and constructs the portfolio independent of index weightings. By evaluating the potential risks and rewards of the underlying A-REITs, Dexus will determine the relative value and attractiveness of the stocks including those outside of the benchmark. Dexus limits the portfolio's exposure to riskier corporate-style earnings (such as development and funds management activities) with a bias to passive rental earnings
