National Australia Bank announced that Fitch Ratings (Fitch) had on 12th April 2021 revised the Outlook for the Company's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'Stable', from 'Negative'. Fitch had also revised the Outlook of Bank of NZ (BNZ) to 'Stable'. The change in ratings outlook reflected Fitch's view of the improved economic prospects in Australia. Fitch had affirmed both the Company and BNZ's issuer credit ratings at 'A+', and 'F1' for short-term. Ratings on debt issued by the Company and BNZ also remained unchanged.
