Shopping Centres Australasia Property reported NPAT of $462.9m for the year ended 30 June 2021. Revenue from ordinary activities were $294.4m, up 0.7% from last year. Diluted EPS was 42.8 cents compared to 8.9 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $145m compared to $147.3m last year. The final dividend declared was 6.7 cents, taking the full year dividend to 12.4 cents compared with 12.5 cents last year.
