Cardno Announces Implementation of Intega Demerger Scheme

Cardno announced that the scheme of arrangement for the demerger of Intega Group (Intega) from the Company (Demerger) was implemented on 31 October 2019. The Company updated that the number of Intega ordinary shares on issue is 444,749,495. As reported, Intega shares will commence trading on ASX on a normal settlement basis on 1 November 2019. The Company further updated that Neville Buch has resigned as director with effect on and from implementation of the Demerger and Courtney Marsden has resigned as company secretary of the Company with effect on and from implementation of the Demerger. Also, Vikash Naidu has resigned as interim company secretary of the Company and Cherie O'Riordan has been appointed as a company secretary.
