Karin Anderson is director of North American fixed-income strategies for Morningstar Research Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc. She covers offerings from asset managers including Franklin Templeton, PIMCO, and TCW.
Before joining Morningstar in 2007, Anderson was a senior investigator for the Chicago Board of Trade, responsible for ensuring compliance with Commodities Futures Trading Commission regulations. Previously, she worked as an investigator for the Minneapolis Grain Exchange and as a research assistant for the Commercial Service of the U.S. Embassy in Brussels.
Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
