Its primary activities include testing products and materials, inspecting sites/industrial equipment, and certifying products and systems to ensure compliance with global/company standards. Now set to be taken over by EQT Partners, a Swedish private equity fund, Intertek is one of only three TIC companies operating globally across multiple industries.
