It is mainly focused on the acquisition, exploration, and potential development of crude oil and natural gas resources in Namibia. In addition, it holds a participation interest in the unconventional resources (carried), and a participation interest in the conventional resources in several acres of property known as the VMM-37 block located in the Middle Magdalena Valley Basin, Columbia (VMM-37), subject to applicable regulatory and government approvals, including those of the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH). The company's business operations comprise a single reporting operating segment engaged in oil and natural gas exploration and development in Colombia and Namibia.
