Its objective is to carry out a wide-ranging strategic project aimed at future investments in assets or financial instruments that do not involve the acquisition of control in the realities of interest. It is also involved in the development of synergies and implementation of subsequent integrations, acquisitions, spin-offs, and other interventions, as well as provides advisory services.
