It has four reportable segments, namely Affordable Multifamily MRB Investments, Seniors and Skilled Nursing MRB Investments, MF Properties, and Market-Rate Joint Venture Investments. It generates the majority of its revenue from the Affordable Multifamily MRB Investments segment.
