The bank’s offerings include everyday banking, business loans, credit cards, investments, personal loans, insurance, and international banking solutions. The bank operates in two reportable segments: (i) Partnership Banking, serving retail, SME, agribusiness, and private clients; and (ii) Corporate and Institutional Banking, serving large corporate and institutional clients and providing trading, sales, and risk-management services. The majority of revenue is generated in the form of interest income from the Partnership Banking segment.
