Business description
Apotex Health Corp is a Canadian-based health company with a broad portfolio of generic, biosimilar and branded pharmaceuticals, as well as branded consumer health and wellness products. Its business lines include Conventional Generics, Specialty Generics and Brands & Biosimilars. The maximum revenue is derived from the Conventional Generics business, which are off-patent, small molecule oral solid dose pharmaceuticals that are bioequivalent to branded pharmaceuticals. It has three geographic operating segments: (i) Canada; (ii) the U.S.; and (iii) International. The majority of revenue is derived from Canada.
