It has three segments mining segment, which engages in the exploration and development of mineral projects in Canada and the investment in world-wide mining securities; food segment, which engages in the distribution of food in Hong Kong; and corporate segment, which mainly represents the Group's corporate and managerial functions. It has presence in Canada; and China. It has majority of sales from China. Its projects are Joyce Lake DSO Project, Joyce Fact Sheet, Life Lake Deposit, Full Moon Project, Black Bird DSO Deposit, etc.
