Nebag AG is a Swiss investment company. Its investment objective is to offer institutional and private investors an investment opportunity in companies based in Switzerland or neighboring countries, the majority of which are not traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The company invests in financially sound unlisted and listed Swiss companies in the small- and mid-cap sector, a substantial number of which are not listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. It actively shapes the development of its core portfolio companies through substantial equity stakes and close monitoring, thereby contributing to their business success.
