Business description
WOTSO provides flexible workspace and traditional property investment. Its segments are Properties, which comprises traditional commercial leases in owned properties; Flexspace, which comprises the month-to-month Flexspace business in both owned and third-party leased properties and generates maximum revenue; and Corporate, overhead and investments, which is responsible for the overall management and compliance of the Group and its investments. Revenue is generated from real estate rental under traditional lease arrangements and from month-to-month arrangements offered through the WOTSO Flexspace brand.
