The majority of its revenue is generated from the OSB segment, which includes first charge residential mortgages for owner-occupiers, under shared ownership schemes, Buy-to-Let mortgages secured on residential property held for investment purposes by landlords, and commercial mortgages secured on commercial and semi-commercial properties.
