It generates the majority of its sales from the supply of highly engineered equipment, consumables, and aftermarket services used in mineral processing. Its business is organised into two divisions: Minerals, which provides slurry pumps, hydrocyclones, mill liners, HPGR mills, screens, valves, and related spare parts; and ESCO, which manufactures ground-engaging tools, buckets, lips, and other wear components for surface mining and construction. Weir’s products are used predominantly in hard-rock mining across commodities such as copper, iron ore, gold, nickel, and battery minerals.
