Blue Cap AG is a Germany-based capital market-listed investment company that acquires and further develops medium-sized industrial companies undergoing turnaround. Its portfolio comprises majority-owned investments across two segments: Industrials and Business Services. The Group generates maximum revenue from the Industrial segment, which includes companies that develop and manufacture high-quality plastic parts and assemblies for car interiors and the household appliance industry. This segment also includes adhesive manufacturing and distribution companies offering products for the printing and graphic arts industry, folding and gluing in rotary printing, the packaging and woodworking sectors, and other modular systems for uses outside the printing industry.
