PATRIZIA SE is a European independent real asset investment manager engaged in the investment management of real assets for fund investors. The Company offers a comprehensive product portfolio including private and listed real assets equity funds, private debt funds, and multi-manager (fund of funds) products, and operates through two reportable segments: Investment Management, which comprises the asset-light core business generating fee income from long-term contracts, and Balance Sheet Investments, which includes rental and investment income from equity- and debt-financed investments, co-investments, seed investments, and other financial instruments. The Company generates maximum revenue from the Investment Management segment, with Germany being its key market.
