The Group's in-house brands are Tough, Salad, Bauhaus, and others. It operates in two reportable segments, namely Online and Offline, of which the Offline segment derives the majority of revenue. The Offline segment includes management and operation of physical point-of-sale, including but not limited to retail stores, outlets, pop-up shops, seasonal bargain sales activities, etc., in different regions; and the Online segment includes management and operation of cyber distribution channels to capture boundless online consumption. Geographically, the Group generates maximum revenue from Hong Kong, followed by Macau and South-east Asia.
