Popular Capital Trust II is a statutory trust. It is engaged in issuing capital securities. It has two segments: Banco Popular de Puerto Rico; and Popular US. The Banco Popular de Puerto Rico reportable segment includes commercial, consumer and retail banking operations, as well as mortgage and auto lending operations conducted at BPPR including U.S based activities conducted through its New York Branch. Popular US reportable segment consists of the banking operations of Popular Bank (PB), Popular Insurance Agency USA, and PEF. Geographically, it has its presence in Puerto Rico; United States; and Caribbean and Latin America.
