The Company attracts retail deposits through its main office in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and branch offices in Middlesex and Somerset Counties, and invests those funds mainly in commercial and residential real estate loans, commercial business loans, SBA loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, construction and land loans, and investment securities. Revenues are derived mainly from interest on loans and securities and from fees and service charges, with lending relationships focused on small to mid-sized businesses and individual consumers in central and northern New Jersey.
