The Company provides technology solutions and services from suppliers of mobility and barcode, POS, payment terminals, physical security, networking, communications, connectivity, and cloud services to channel sales partners located mainly in the United States and Brazil. It has two reportable segments based on the sales model: Specialty Technology Solutions, which generates maximum revenue and includes hardware, SaaS, and subscription services through a wholesale/resale sales model, and Intelisys & Advisory. Geographically, it derives the majority of its revenue from the United States.
