  Shrem InvIT is set up to carry on the activity of an infrastructure investment trust and to make investments in the infrastructure sector, predominantly in the road sector in India. The Trust is focused on operational road and highway assets. It owns and manages income-generating infrastructure assets across the HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model), annuity, and toll segments, to generate cash flows for distribution to unitholders. All of its road projects are implemented and include National and State Highways, located in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, and other regions.
