Business description
Mapletree Logistics Trust is a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust that focuses on logistics properties across the Asia-Pacific region. As of June 31, 2026, the trust held a SGD 13.1 billion portfolio of 175 properties across nine markets: Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India. The trust is externally managed by Mapletree Logistics Trust Management, a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments, which owns around a 27% stake in the trust.
