The options strategy is to invest in cash and fixed interest investments which offer the potential to deliver higher returns than the Cash Enhanced Option. To achieve the higher returns; the fixed interest investments will have a higher credit risk; on average; than the investments held by the Cash Enhanced Option. Credit risk is managed through security selection; ongoing monitoring and broad diversification. Securities are selected depending on whether they offer value for risk. The option aims to hedge any currency risk that occurs.
