As at the date of this PDS, the Responsible Entity intends to obtain the Fund’s investment exposure to the securities listed in the Index indirectly, by investing substantially all of its assets in units of the Betashares Global Shares ETF (the “Underlying Fund”), an exchange traded fund admitted to trading on the ASX that is also operated by Betashares as responsible entity.
