The Fund seeks to meet its investment objective by investing substantially all of its assets in the JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Research Enhanced Index Equity (ESG) UCITS ETF ("Underlying Sub-Fund"), which is an actively managed exchange traded fund that is listed on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") and denominated in USD. The Underlying Sub-Fund will seek to achieve a long-term return in excess of the Benchmark by actively investing primarily in a portfolio of emerging market companies.
