Business description
Motorcycle Holdings Ltd is engaged in the ownership and operation of retail motorcycle dealerships, and businesses engaging in the importing and wholesaling of motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, and motorcycle and bicycle spare parts and accessories. The Group is organised into two operating segments: Motorcycle Retailing, which generates maximum revenue and offers the sale of new and used motorcycles, parts, servicing, accessories and MPPs, and facilitates insurance and financing through third-party sources; and Motorcycle and Accessories Wholesaling, which imports and distributes motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, and motorcycle parts and accessories to wholesale customers, including the Group's own retail outlets. The Group operates in one geographical segment, Australia and New Zealand.
