Honma Golf Ltd and its subsidiaries are engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing, and selling a comprehensive range of golf sports equipment, including golf clubs, golf balls, bags, apparel, and other accessories. These products are sold through Honma-branded self-operated stores as well as third-party distributors, which include retailers and wholesalers. In addition to the golf equipment business, the Group also operates an apparel retail business. It has only one reportable operating segment: the manufacture and sale of golf-related products and the rendering of services relating to such products. Geographically, the Group generates maximum revenue from Japan, and the rest from China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Korea, North America, Europe, and other regions.
