The company mainly operates through two segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sale of properties in the People's Republic of China. The Hotel and resort operation segment, which derives the majority of revenue, is engaged in the operation of hotels and resorts in the PRC and the provision of consultancy services and management services to leisure hotels and resorts and other hot spring resort operators in the PRC.
