Its segments include Offices engaged in renting of office buildings; Malls involved in renting of the shopping mall and car parking spaces; Apartments engaged in operation of serviced apartment towers; and Hotels involved in operation of Grand Hyatt Beijing in Oriental Plaza, Beijing, the PRC, The Westin Shenyang, Shenyang, the PRC, Hyatt Regency Metropolitan Chongqing, Chongqing, the PRC and Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel, Chengdu, the PRC. It derives the majority of its income from Office segment.
