The company has two operating segments, including corporate sales and commissary operations. Corporate store sales comprise sales to the public in Poland and Croatia, and Commissary operations comprise sales to subfranchisees of food, services, and fixtures and equipment. Commissary operations also include the receipt of royalty income, rental income on leasehold property from sub-franchisees, and the sale of stores.
