Data centres house IT infrastructure for building and delivering applications and services. The portfolio also includes a small portion of industrial land used for car showrooms, self-storage facilities, hotels and offices. It operates in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the Czech Republic.
