Brinker International is a leading casual dining operator and franchisor. Chili’s, its largest banner and the second-largest casual dining concept in the US, is known for its American/Southwest-inspired menu. In fiscal 2026, the segment generated $5.3 billion in revenue (92% of consolidated sales) across 1,114 company-owned restaurants in the US and 469 franchised locations (the bulk of which are in international markets). The Italian casual-dining concept Maggiano’s accounts for the remainder of the business, with 52 domestic units.
