InnoTek Ltd is a precision metal components manufacturer. It has two reportable operating segments: The Precision Components and Tooling segment specializes in sales of stamping components, tooling design, fabrication, and die-making services to manufacturers of such products. The Precision Machining segment specializes in the machining of products and metal-related components for the TV, tablets, and mobile phone industries through technologies like cold-forging, computer numerical control machining, and surface decoration. It generates a vast majority of revenue from the Precision Components and Tooling segment in the Hong Kong and China region.
