UI Boustead REIT is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests, directly or indirectly, in logistics, industrial, high-specification industrial, and business space properties in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as real estate-related assets. Its key objectives are to provide Unitholders with an attractive rate of return on their investment through regular and stable distributions and to achieve long-term growth in DPU and net asset value (NAV) per Unit, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure.
